Distributor Display screen Gems is teaming with Sam Raimi and his Ghost Dwelling Images production business to provide a live-action Previous of Us movie, .
Last of Us co-director and writer Neil Druckmann will pen the script. Naughty Pet co-presidents Evan Wells and Christophe Balestra, Druckmann and co-director Bruce Straley, will probably be the "creative architects" over the venture. So this isn't a studio just taking over the home.

I guess I can't begrudge something that should end up like a spiritual kin to Children of Men, even if a lot of The Previous of Us' strength comes from exploration and minute details. Hopefully the cinematography can replicate that effect.
