What do I love about the bikini series? EVERYTHING! The best thing about it for me was how you motivated me to keep working hard in a positive way that made me think “oh, i CAN do this!” Today, I have SO much more confidence and energy! I even got the motivation to run my first 10k and I did so in 1 hour and 5 minutes! Oh, and I did it in the pouring down rain! But I felt AWESOME afterwards! Another thing I really liked was the simple workout videos.. they definitely toned the right places
